Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to iGame development, publishing, and distribution.
• Provide legal advice on intellectual property matters, including copyright, trademarks, and licensing agreements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the industry, both domestically and internationally.
• Assist in the resolution of disputes and manage any litigation matters that may arise.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on emerging trends and regulations affecting the iGaming industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess and mitigate legal risks associated with new projects.
• Support corporate governance and regulatory compliance efforts by advising on company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Degree in law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing to practice law.
• Experience in corporate law, preferably within the technology or entertainment sectors.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple projects.
